How It Works
Initial Consultation
We start with a personal meeting or online consultation where we get to know you, your lifestyle, and your expectations. This step helps us understand your vision, aesthetic preferences, functional needs, and budget — setting the foundation for the entire project.
On-Site Measurements
We visit the site to take precise measurements of every room and detail. This ensures accuracy in planning and eliminates errors during implementation. If the property is still under construction, we work with technical plans provided by the developer.
Creating the Technical Brief
Together with you, we complete a comprehensive technical task (brief), where we define functional zones, preferred materials, equipment, storage solutions, furniture requirements, and stylistic direction. This document becomes the core guideline for our design process.
Signing the Agreement
Once the scope, budget, and timeline are aligned, we formalize everything with a contract. This protects both parties and ensures a clear, transparent working relationship moving forward.
Space Planning
We develop a well-thought-out layout that balances aesthetics and practicality — optimizing every square meter. You’ll receive multiple options to choose from, and we’ll refine the plan until it fully reflects your needs and preferences.
3D Design Visualization
Based on the approved layout and style, we create photorealistic 3D visualizations of the future space. This allows you to “walk through” your future interior before a single wall is touched, making it easier to approve or adjust elements like color palettes, textures, lighting, and furniture.
Technical Documentation
We prepare a complete package of working drawings and construction documentation, including wall layouts, electrical and plumbing schemes, floor and ceiling plans, tile placement, and more — everything needed for precise execution by the construction team.
Material and Element Specification
We select and specify all the design components — from floor finishes and paint colors to lighting fixtures, furniture, and decor. A detailed list is provided to simplify purchasing and implementation.
Design Supervision
Throughout the construction phase, we stay involved — answering questions, resolving unforeseen issues, and ensuring the project is realized exactly as designed. We monitor the process to preserve quality and design integrity at every step.
